How do I book an appointment?
Use the “Book Online” button — our calendar is live and shows real-time availability. You’ll receive an email/text confirmation.
Which payments do you accept?
Major cards and tap payments. Cash is welcome. Gift cards can be redeemed at checkout.
Is there an age requirement?
Lash/brow services: 16+ with parental consent; waxing and nail services: 14+ with parental consent. Bring an ID if requested.
Do you speak Russian?
Yes — we can consult in English and Russian. Let us know your preference at booking.
Where are you located and is there parking?
We serve the Lynnwood–Seattle area. Free parking is available near the studio entrance. Your confirmation contains the exact address and instructions.
How long do extensions last?
On average 4–6 weeks. Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to keep fullness and symmetry.
Can I wet my lashes?
Avoid water, steam, and heat for the first 24 hours so the adhesive cures fully.
Can I wear mascara?
Not recommended. If you must, use a water-based formula (no oils, no waterproof), and apply only to tips.
Do you use hypoallergenic products?
Yes — low-fume, professional adhesives and soft, lightweight materials suitable for sensitive eyes.
How long does brow tint last?
Usually 3–4 weeks depending on skin type and aftercare.
Do you offer brow lamination?
Yes. Lamination sets the hairs for a lifted, fuller look that lasts 6+ weeks.
What should I avoid after tint/lamination?
24 hours: avoid water, steam, oils, and rubbing the area. Use gentle, alcohol-free products.
How long does gel manicure last?
Typically 3–4 weeks depending on growth and daily habits.
Is the Russian manicure safe?
Yes, when performed by trained specialists with sanitized tools and proper technique — our standard.
Best aftercare for nails?
Daily cuticle oil, gloves for cleaning, avoid peeling product — book professional removal and timely refills.
What is the difference between Dry, KART, and Advanced pedicures?
Dry Pedicure – a dry electric-file technique without the use of water.

KART Pedicure – a product-based technique using peelings and acids for gentle and safe keratosis removal.

Advanced Pedicure – targeted work on the nails and skin of the feet: ingrown-prone nails, thickened nails, calluses, and other localized concerns.
Footwear & Socks
Choose socks that are 3 sizes larger — preferably men’s. Select footwear that is 0.5–1 size bigger and always provides proper foot support and fixation.
How often should I return?
The frequency depends on your individual schedule, which is created together with the specialist.
How long should hair be for waxing?
About ¼ inch (6 mm) so the wax can grip properly.
How long does smoothness last?
Usually 3–4 weeks depending on your hair cycle and aftercare.
Waxing aftercare
24 hours: no heat/steam, workouts, tanning. After 2–3 days: gentle exfoliation to prevent ingrowns; daily hydration.
How do you sterilize tools and workstations?
We use a three-step sterilization process with mandatory autoclave treatment. Work surfaces and tools are additionally disinfected with Barbicide wipes and solution. Single-use materials are used.
Health conditions & contraindications
Please inform us about allergies, recent procedures, infections, or medications. We’ll advise on suitability, prep, or postpone if needed.
Pregnancy & sensitive skin
Most services are safe with adjustments. For waxing/lashes during pregnancy or highly sensitive skin, we’ll tailor products/technique for comfort.
Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.

48+ hours before your appointment — free cancellation or rescheduling.
Within 24 hours — a $30 cancellation/rescheduling fee applies.
Same-day cancellations / No-shows50% of the booked service price will be charged.
Late Arrivals
Arriving up to 15 minutes late is acceptable, but your procedure may be shortened to stay on schedule. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and a 50% service fee will apply.
No-Show & Payment Hold
No-shows are subject to a fee of 50% of the booked service price. We may place a temporary card hold when you book to secure the slot.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the data needed to manage bookings and communication (e.g., name, contact details). Data is processed by our scheduling/payment providers and kept secure. We do not sell your personal data. Marketing messages are opt-in and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Data Updates & Requests
To update, access, or request deletion of your personal information, please contact us via the booking confirmation or studio email. We’ll respond as soon as possible.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards are available and may be used on any service.
Refunds / adjustments
Services are non-refundable, but if something isn’t perfect, contact us within 72 hours — we’ll assess and offer a reasonable fix.
